The beat drop as Viola grabbed Peter is awesome! This is such a cool edit, all the clips are edited together so well and I think I’m actually gonna go on a bit of a rant here about how cool this is! So sorry for the long comment in advance. I’m actually gonna list some of the parts I love because they are so cool! At 0:39 with it cutting between Viola entering the front doors when she meets her future-husband for the first time and her entering the house as the Lady of The Lake! The part where it flickers between the lake and the chest in the attic, referencing how Viola ended up in the lake in the first place is so clever! At 1:09 when Flora’s scream kinda syncs with the music in the background is actually really satisfying for me. The shots at 1:18 to me, kinda show how Viola was already becoming the Lady of The Lake as she’d already walking around and looking for her child, the only difference is she still knows who she is and still has her face, but it kinda shows her downward slope towards that transition. The clip at 1:25 with Viola slapping Perdita and then transitioning to Perdita murdering Viola is so good. Then at 1:43 showing Perdita open the chest as Viola opens her eyes and begins to walk out the lake and then flashing back to Viola’s murder, leading to Perdita’s own murder at 1:45 is amazing! I also love the beat drop as Viola possesses the dress to kill Perdita, it’s wicked! And that ending look, almost a glare, into the camera at 2:19 is so good! This is definitely my favourite edit for The Haunting fandom! Every cut and transition is so well thought out and you did an absolutely amazing job on this! You should be super proud of it! And I’ll shut up now XD

Yeah, I’m going to have to please never shut up or apologize for making a long comment! One of my favorite things is time stamps. It’s so wonderful to see what parts resonated with people, and to see if the ideas I had came across in the editing! Please don’t ever worry about leaving a long comment, vidders love it!
