Good video. I used to do something very similar. I started finishing with an acrylic liquid polish (as far as I can remember), only downside was they were so smooth you would never find a tournament table that was as nice.

Never thought about doing this. Thanks for the tutorial!

Great video. I just found lubing is vital to pullshot and think about relube. This shows me another reason.

Great video! Hoping to try this out soon. Any advice for fixing up a chipped out goal? I need to do mine, but haven't settled on a strategy: may try taping some metal strips to the front of each post.

When I contacted Tornado Foos . Com they suggested I contact a cabinet builder. I was able to get the white laminate end from Tornado (via a friend) but that’ll have to be glued onto the proper backing. One of our league players has his own cabinetry business and I’m taking it over to him on Tuesday. Keeping my fingers crossed that this works!

Sweet! I'm the 571st sub. So stoked. Nice DIY info but heard you had another...err,' less popular' KZbin channel, so I'm back to the search for it. Keep your rods clean, Ryan.Qapla'!!!

Another tip: use plastic polish like Meguiar's PlastX or any auto paint fine polish with the paper bag and you'll get it even smoother.

do you think this would work on a new table? I just don't think it is as fast and smooth as it should be. Brand new Tornado Elite, same rods, men, and bearings as T-3000......

RanDad my brand new table plays rough also. I’m going to try it this weekend. I have a new set of bearing so, I’ll try this weekend and I’ll let you know for sure!

Question: Can you use any other sand paper? Also, I have 8000 grade sand paper, is that ok to use?
@ernest46962 жыл бұрын
I think that would also be good, just gonna take a bit longer but it wil leave a smooth enough finish (a bit late but yeah...)

That’s tight I’ve been wondering why my tables are playing rough. I’ll let you know how it goes after this weekend! And push that end to the intro! Way better!
