Have a friend whose left big toe nail is bruised and split after playing a lot. Ever heard of this?

Definitely will want to first check the shoe fit and make sure the toe box is wide enough for their foot and not putting too much pressure on it.

I don’t know what I did to my foot but now anytime I play 18 holes I feel so much pain on the right side of my foot, my dad tells me to keep icing it but it’s not getting better.

@@gwest40 could be either the joints aren't moving like they should or the tissue is getting pinched/stressed from lack of mobility...could be in the ankle, but a lot of times the hip internal rotation or trunk rotation limitations can manifest in the ankle doing compensatory work and causing pain like that

@@Par4Success hi, thanks for responding I cant remember exactly how it starts when i played, but i think its after playing and walking for around 4 hours...at first, i thought maybe its because i havent warmed up enough before, but after looking at your video, now i think thats what exactly happens to me as the pain emerge again in my second time playing golf (about 1 month since the first time i feel the pain).
