I forgot to tell one thing in the video that 2nd exercise is in the "gravity eliminated position" matlab gravity ka koi bhi effect ankle ke movement par nahi padega isliye panje ko uper ki or lana asaan rahega. Jin patients ki muscles me bilkul bhi movement nahi hai wo ise zarur karain.

I, Dr. Pratibha Singh, a Neuro-Physiotherapist, have been practicing for 7 years.
I have done my Physiotherapy graduation from Jamia Millia University in 2011 & further I did Masters of Physiotherapy in neurology from Indian Spinal Injury Centre in 2014(one of the most advanced spine, orthopaedic & neuromuscular surgical centre in India).
I have quality experience in providing rehabilitation services in multiple fields of physiotherapy, especially in neurological & musculoskeletal conditions.
Along with giving rehabilitation services in clinical set up, I always wanted to share my knowledge and expertise through online portal also for the well-being of society as a whole. Yes. I forgot to tell one thing in the video that side lying position is gravity eliminated position.. You will get easy movement of ankle in that position. So, do this exercise and have a early recovery. 😊

Someone pressed near my little toe with his shoe for 40 minutes, due to which the mass of the foot was crushed and a pit has formed, it hurts a lot, it is not getting better even after many treatments, please tell its remedy.

Spasticity ko kam karne ke liye....stretching exercises karni chaiye.... regular. Or agar bht zyada tight hai to ek bar doctor ko dikha lein. Kabhi kabhi operate karne ki bhi zarurat padti hai tendon ki length ko badane k liye. Isliye aap doctor ko dikha lein. Thank you
