Assalamuwalikum sir how are you ,i am a bangladeshi ,I work at a koran stell company.While working a pipe entered my thigh and the sciatic nerve was cut due to pressure and foot drop. sir I have done NCS and EMG. I have peroneal nerve problem. tibial nerve ok planter flexion ok .sir, korean doctor told me i can't do 100recovery and my leg will lift up a bit. now my question is tendon trans can i do 100recovery

Sir i am suffered by gb syndrome 10years back I have both leg foot drops But now my right leg footdrop is 90%cure naturally But left leg foot drop 50-60% cure only so it can cure completely by tendon transfer
