a lot of things can increase your risk but nothing causes it directly as far as im aware, stress, smoking, obesity, being female, having siblings with MS, amung many other things but its rare i do believe. in some cases yeah i imagine so, it might help with pain or pins and needles, all sorts, there is a large range of symptoms to treat, each case is unique :) im not a medical professional, i just have MS, been diagnosed recently
