This is exactly how you should not do it. By stepping with your weight into the foam. This causes your foot imprint to be flat with little to no support in the middle of your arch. You need to sit down place your foot on top of the foam with your knee at 90 degree angle. Then press on your knee with your hand to dig in the heel, do not apply pressure by your own leg muscles! Then press on the front of your foot and toes with your hand, again no pressure to be applied by your foot! Then you will have a good imprint with correct arch at resting state that will support you when walking and putting weight on your foot.

I wonder if they compensate for that? That’s what the instructions say to do but I agree it makes more sense to have someone press your foot in. I have collapsed arches so this would just look flat for me…any thoughts?

Or, you know... they compensate for that since it is in the directions? I mean you can't argue eith the results. Unless of course you happent to be an orthopedic specialist. If so, just let us know.

They’re still holding up great and I still never get my numb tingling toe pain while wearing them. If I switch to a pair of shoes that don’t have the insoles, then I still get the pains. 💯 Worth my Money!

I’m still wearing them inside the exact same shoe I made the video in. They’re still my favorite and the only shoes I can wear that eliminates the pain in my toes that I experience with other shoes. Love em and still highly recommend giving them a try.

Hi Pete. I actually still wear the same ones inside the same shoe and they're still working great for me! When/If they do wear out, I'll definitely get another pair of them. I've strongly considered getting a second pair so that I have two pairs of tennis shoes I can wear at all times.

Yes I have been using them ever since and they are awesome!! I’ve never had the numb tingling pain in my toes while wearing them!! They 100% helped relieve my foot pain.

Man these look awesome been putting a lot of thought into getting some I have really flat feet and have bad pain in my ankles and shins after running, would you think these would be a good thing to try out for that?

100% I think they would be. It’s helped me much with my pains and all my numbing and tingling go away when I have these shoes on. Other shoes still cause those issues so I know it’s the insoles.

They are still in the same athletic shoes I originally put them in and I wear them all the time. They haven’t shifted a bit, they have not changed shape or worn out in any fashion, and are still providing the support I expected/hoped for. My tingling numbness never occurs when wearing them but does with other shoes. Hope that helps

Quick question!! Have you tried putting the insoles in other pairs of shoes? Or do they only work for the shoe that you provide a reference of? :0 I'm looking to possibly get these to help with pain/fatigue that comes from my flat feet and slightly misplaced ankles!

I haven’t ever removed them from the original pair so I’m not 100% that you could switch them but I’d think that you could as long as the shoe is somewhat similar.

Never purchase an orthotic that has you simply step into foam. If you pronate when you stand, you lose your arch and your tibia rolls inward. By standing in a mold, you get an orthotic that copies your pronation deformity. This is a terrible process for making orthotics. A neutral position orthotic which takes away the pronation is best. See a good Podiatrist.

I went to a podiatrist prior to ordering my upsteps and I’m not sure what all my foot issues are and pronation may not be one that I have but I’m being completely honest when I tell you that these completely removed my foot pain and toe numbness that I’ve struggled with.

@@KyleCortianaFishing just received them, they fit but they are supper skinny, my entire toe sticks out from the insole, I contacted them and I've yet to hear from them, I hope they are able to adjust it and make it more wide
