Foot peel mask series - TikTok Compilation 2 - Do foot peeling masks work with EPPK Keratoderma?

Compilation of videos I made on TikTok trying a foot peel mask (because of so many requests) and explaining why they don't work well for this skin... it's WAY too thick and also there is no "normal skin" underneath... this IS my normal palmoplantar skin so there's no getting under it.

I find that monthly footcare is my best way to keep mine from cracking. PPK sucks but is manageable. Cracks hurt!❤

What a wonderful explanation video. Thank you. You mentioned that your current cracks are flexing cracks and they aren’t bothersome now. You were touching the ball of your foot when you were saying that. I wasn’t clear whether the two large cracks below the balls of your feet have a history of pain or bleeding. When you trimmed your feet in other videos it seemed like you were avoiding trimming those big cracks horizontally and zi wasn’t sure why you keep those big cracks going without trying to pare those down. Where did you get your new shaving tool? What is it called? It looks much safer than a razor blade based system.

The cracks don’t bleed because I keep them low and moisturized so specifically, I shave the skin down around them so that they don’t become a problem and are just what I call “flex points.“ When I was younger and didn’t care for the skin as well. I did have painful cracks, but not anymore. I will always continue to use the razor blade Credo callus shaver, but I only do that kind of big shave every few months and in between I scrape with the new pedicure knife which I got on Amazon. Ya foot wasn’t done peeling and you started putting lotion on them 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ and you not supposed to scrub it at all. It takes 2 weeks but you look like you have other issues
