Foot Pump Nozzle Repair

Quick repair solution for the foot pump nozzle.
If you face lack of suction pressure in the hose pipe of the air pump, I hope this solution will work.
The Rubber bush can be bought from any Tyre Repair/Hardware shop.
If you want to replace the whole nozzle assembly would suggest to get it from a tyre Repair/hardware shop as it is very difficult to buy online.

I've an idea for creating the nozzle bush...we can use old and discarded LPG pipe, cut it into smaller sizes n then can sand it to fit in properly...anyway, I'm still to try this out ..very hard to find these bush..m still trying though

You can try, but not sure if the diameter will fit, as the dia of the bush is quite low.

Hard to find online, check out the Tyre Repair shops specially smaller ones, that is where I could find this. Hope this helps.

video is useful but the rubber bush are not available in local market...even not a new nozzle is available... we have to throw away whole pump and buy a new....

Asha Ram Gairola yes I know...I myself faced a lot of problem in finding the spares, the rubber bush although may be easily available with the tyre repair shops but the nozzle is usually not in stock. I myself was stuck with this pump for a long time , I almost decided to scrap this but on my last try, I found the nozzle at a local tyre repair shop.
