With those kinds of callous removers once the skin is smooth its not as consistent. When the skin is lumpy and uneven is when it works best

You need to soak your feet first, then put callus remover on and let it sit for about 5 minutes, then use cheese grater in one direction. If you go back & forth, it will make it worse.

Have you ever thought of designing your own tools? Maybe a foot rasp with more of a curve. I think if anybody should design something like that, it should be you.

Is the curve or the new rasp blade the same as the previous one? Maybe it’s a bit flatter and not catching the flat part of your feet?
