It’s the same, hacky sack is just a brand. The sport ist actually called Footbag

@@hyeimgartenit’s actually both. The brand name was also an official name for the sport more generically called Footbag. Though I’ve always preferred Hacky Sack. As did most people far back as the 70’s. The 80-90’s got me.

Not all cotton swabs are Qtips, not all tissues are Kleenex, not all Footbags are hacky sacks. Hacky sack’s a name brand. Footbag is the name of the sport

hacky sack and footbag are 2 diff things. footbag is the sport and hacky sack is often more of a kicking and in a group.
