superb. thank you cash. looking forwards to the next instalments. IMHO, man utd should have asked southgate to be the moral leader for their rebuilding from the foundations upwards. but that would have taken an understanding of the complete toxicity of the club and the need to purge totally. As southgate is very limited in the coaching n tactics side of things, that could have been easily dealt with by hiring the skillsets, but southgate would have provided the morality, just like he did with england circe 2016-2018. this stuff you are talking about is very transferable to things like business. Very pleasing to be listening to an honest, authentic knowledgable adult.

I have done a lot in the business world as well. ( storys for a different time) This is the start so I can talk about how the youth level is wrong thats making the pro players. The pro players just are not at the level they use to be. You have to break it all down at each level. I could have talk about this for about 12 hours in more details but that will come in more parts. With Southgate you are right. AT most clubs the manger doesnt real do that much field work as you would think. When was the last time you watched them do a warm up before the game? I will touch on that at some point as well!

@@cashtalksfootball1013 Southgate maybe be bad at tactics but apparently he is the one that brought harmony to the england squad as in previous england teams used to distance themselves by club as a story i read stating the older england squads when going out would hurdle according to clubs so united, chelsea, liverpool players would be in their own section but with southgate he made his players drop the rivalries aside and forced them to get along i guess southgate did do certain things right

He was crap. The players could do what they wanted. Which made the players happy. Thats all.

im starting to understand why mourinho called pogba a virus

Yep. The more you relisten and watch football you will understand. 99% of coaches don't know anything about which i said. BUT they can put cones on a field!

@@cashtalksfootball1013 my sport was rugby from the age of 13 as i was a peckham urchin who won a scholarship to a private school so it was goodbye to the football and hello rugby. the reason why i say this is that everything you say about the footy coaching is exactly the same as the rugby coaching. i played to a good level until my 30s, then later was the manager of my sons youth club team and then went onto have a very successful business venture connected to professional rugby. The painting by numbers approach et al is exactly the same Mr Cash. I had a different approach to it.

It WAS FAKE!! Let me tell you why! He gets paid off shore so he pays 0 in taxes! ( I really should do a video about it). He is not the only one. That WAS a PR stunt to stop the bad press about this. EVERYONE has heard this story about feeding the kids. WHICH by the way is a great thing! I think they even clamed tax back on the money he didn't pay taxes on! BY THE WAY F taxes!
