I never conduct transfer business on transfer deadline day. Plenty of time before then to find players. That being said, I do understand your frustration

so it actually allows u to find better deals. Especially if a team wants to sell that player you could shave off 10-20% of the price because of that. Same with the contracts cause they know that its the last day they might get this good deal or they dont get a better deal they already on u know what i mean

Well Man City accepted a Transfer deal from me for Harland 3 days before the deadline. I had him agree the next day, but Man City then (did not press accept) finalised the paperwork and it fell through. It's like somebody agreeing for a deal for Bülow and then reject it at deadline day so Bülow cannot go Bayern. Paper errors are part of transfer strategies and as much as you can do it the AI clubs can do it to you

The transfers didn’t go through because you were too tight with money, if you offered them million or two more each they’d have snap signed. They’ll likely get contract offers from original clubs so pondering what to do. Seen it before. Offer mega money they insta accept

same thing happened to me, negotiated a deal with 4 days left before deadline day and it just sat there until the deadline passed and it cancelled, player didn’t get bid on by someone else or anything

Happens, even in real life - like De Gea transfer to Real Madrid from United because fax didn't work... or Lewandowski transfer to Blackburn because of Iceland volcano erupt. And many others transfers that collapsed right before they where done.

@@bigchunguscultmember1267 yeah, but he is raging that he could check some unnecessary staff but don't check player info tab to see if they have some info like unwanted to go to certain country, he don't pay attention to agent and player personality which affects his decision, didn't check if there is an interest from other clubs which maybe player preffers and waited him out for other offer. He could accepted other offers before and try to buy them few days before.

@@rapforever86 I agree with his general point though, which is that if you do have these big money transfers fall through you v should get more out of it than “These 3 deals were cancelled: league 1 loan and 2 $100m+ transfers”… like why can’t the game auto generate something like “XYZ person at XYZ team didn’t fax the correct documents” or “XYZ Agent has a medical emergency and the deal couldn’t be completed”, SI is a big company and they should hear these valid complaints.

This happened with the Dan James sale to Leeds in real lif from Swansea , both clubs agreed a price, the player goes to Elland Road and even has rhe promo pictures taken but Swansea decided to just not confim their side of things at the last minute and stopped answering calls, deal fell through completely

FM has a way of tilting me that other games just don't. Most recent tilt for me was having 4 injuries of the first half of the FA Cup Final...and I lost on pens after being 3-1 up in shootout as well. Rage quit and haven't loaded the game in 2 days.
