Presbyopia is the natural degradation of the muscles that cause the lens of the eye to focus at different depths and distances. It happens to everyone around the age of 40. If you're lucky, you'll just need reading glasses but sometimes you need to get actual prescription lenses to compensate.

Agreed and i am not even old yet only 23 and the text is HORRENDOUSLY BAD for my eyes. I couldn't play with 100% font size anymore i need to pump it to max to even prevent me from getting headache looking at the text.

I started playing this series of games since CM1 days on my old Amiga 500 (when I was a mere lad of 15).... back then I'm not even sure you put your age in or not... either way, when the option for your age did become a "thing" I remember having to increase my age as being a 15 year old managing Man Utd didn't seem very realistic, so I'd always add a decade on at least. Now, at the age of (almost) 45 I am now considering lowering my age. I've just got the pre-order version and put in my correct age, so not quite there just yet... but I think it won't be long until I end up changing my age to a decade or so lower than it really is. How times change, eh?
