I have a very, very physical career to were I deal with working in changing seasons.. 9-10hours a day, 5 days a week. I’ve been Olympic Lifting for the last 6 months. I train 3/4days a week. My career is very strenuous on my body.. lots of bending and lifting. I know it’s a stretch asking for advice through KZbin but why not.. any nutritional advice you could throw me?

Hi mr.miller I am 17 years old and I'm wrestler.i do heavy squat and heavy deadlift and someone told my that heavy squat and heavy deadlift prevent you from growing taller is he right?thanks

This is false information. Weight training does not stunt growth. Especially, for your age it important to get stronger to hang with other wrestlers. Hope this helps 👍
