for me he is b/w average and good player. the fact is JUVENTUS was DESPERATE for UCL. they wanted the UCL. they already lost UCL Finals in 2017,2015. and in 2018 they almost defeated 3-peat madrid team. they needed a perfect striker. and when they saw ronaldo on spotlights for leaving, they immediately reacted. bid the highest and got the most expensive transfer in serie-a history. and what did ronaldo do for them. domestic success. this is not what juventus wanted. they wanted european success. they had already farmed serie-a enough. but ronaldo just did the already-done work. and juventus were getting eliminated by AJAX, LYON, AND PORTO [LMAOOOOO]. 2 r/16 and 1 q/f is not a good risk for a expensive transfer if ur a team that reached UCL Finals in 2015,2017 and almost defeated prime madrid in 2018. the guy in the video failed to point that out. ronaldo was good, but cmon, he just did the already-done job and brought out domestic success. and also, juventus also lost their winning-streak of serie-a in 2021 to napoli. so yep, ronaldo was definitely not what juve wanted after all. ronaldo scored 100 goals, alright, but what did that brought in european success. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE AND HUMILIATION [losing to ajax, lyon, porto]. imagine PSG signing haaland for most expensive transfer in Ligue 1 history and haaland scoring 100 goals, winning Ligue 1 and domestic cups. but in other week, losing to PORTO, AJAX, LYON. would u call him a good signing. it would be debatable. that's why ronaldo falls in that exact category. we can say the european or UCL ronaldo ended in the night of 2018 final. after that, ronaldo never even got to s/f. let alone the finals.

@@sagnikbarman1729 i know. Defense was absolutely terrible at Juventus. But the problem is, Juventus litreally almost defeated prime Madrid in last season. How did they fall so miserably that they can't even go through q/f and R/16 for next 3 years. And it's not even that manager got replaced or anything. everything was almost same as previous. Same with united. Ole carried united to final in europa league and 2nd in league. But next season, ronaldo joined, man United failed miserably. And then when ronaldo left, man United came 2nd in league table in 22/23 season.

I don't as such consider Messi one as a flop because there was no as such big Transfer move, it was a free transfer all PSG had to cover is Salary, considering that it was average in my opinion. Obviously because he didn't perform at the expected levels but still decent. Also, Dembele is really high up, it was a €135M move which was not justified by his time there I'll say it was a perfectly simlar to Hazard transfer (Only in case of Hazard the transfer fee was justified because he was already a good player before joining whereas Dembele was more based of Potential which was ruined by injuries).

PSG got messi for free. and messi brought many goals in UCL. scoring against lights of man city, benfica. and then also scoring many goals in ligue 1. 5 goals in 7 matches of UCL in his first season. 8 g/a in 7 matches of UCL In his second season. that is not bad. Messi played many roles. in midfield, in playmaking, in attacking. the psg's midfield was absolutely garbage. verratti was only the shining soul of midfield. and messi tried to manage midfield whilst making chances. that is a very hard role to do. he was almost like CAM. and then,.neymar. neymar was great at 2020 and 2021. but after messi's transfer, idk what happened but this dude FELL SO HARD that its like seeing a player in headlines of being 'best in the world currently' to seeing in next day headlines about that SAME guy being 'total flop and embarrassment for the team'. and then mbappe, i heard neymar said that mbappe got jealous about messi's transfer since it affected his and neymar's friendship. and he didn't want to split anything. so that's why many fights happened and a mess was created in PSG. so messi was a good signing/average. PSG wasn't good enough for messi and that's absolutely true after seeing how badly they treated him and neymar just to make their starboy mbappe happy who also left them just 1 season later. PSG never wanted anything from Messi's signing. they litreally got him for free which just proves the point. they just saw messi's free from barca, so they just went in and buyed messi for absolutely no reason. and complained and treated him bad. neymar had great runs with PSG in 2020 and 2021. but even he fell after messi's signing because of the mess PSG had created from it [due to their starboy mbappe being bit jealous about it]. and neymar also accused PSG of treating him and messi very badly on purpose.

Grealish should be in good signing. If you actually watch city play, he was so important to the treble win. He's not a player who gets g/a n stuff but gets the job done which matters rather than just dribbling around in circles for fanboys to milk. To put that in perspective, he got some 20 g/a that season and ballon dor zidane in 1998 got the same and got carried to the world cup by his teammates. Not comparing the two players, ofc zidane is miles clear but stats arent everything

Game changer is fine. Dembele needs to be moved to flop while Messi is a good signing (Ronaldo to Juve and Messi to PSG feels pretty equal to me). Move Grealish to flop and put Pogba in average (at least he had one good season). Move Hazard to flop, Havertz to average. I'd probably then swap Mbappe and Havertz for now - so Mbappe average and Havertz good signing. When you consider the finances involved and expectations, Mbappe still needs to do more to prove he is a good signing. Havertz had a really good 2024, so to put him in flop along with a load of players who have barely had a good game for those clubs is very unfair. Bellingham, Van Dijk, Isak, Bale, Ronaldo Messi, Ronaldo (Juve), Neymar, Havertz, Kane Enzo, Caicedo, Maguire, Pogba, Mbappe Antony, Coutinho, Dembele, Grealish, Hazard
