I like the Jets roster but the coaching is very concerning to me. I still have them winning 10 games and edging out buffalo for the division. Offense is solid if not good and their defense is nasty. Don’t think they’ll go far in the playoffs though. AFC is just ridiculously talented.

The talent on the roster is ostensibly there, the leadership? Not so much. You don’t have 13 year playoff droughts for no reason, they’re perhaps the most incompetently run organization in the league- a difficult feat. You’re analogy works fine, in a “SB or bust” year they’re a mega mansion resting on foundation made of toothpicks. It’s wonderful until the weight of the structure destroys the foundation. That’s what makes it hard to buy in. And as a fan that’s why people say ‘same ol’ Jets.’

Saleh has shown himself to be a great defensive minded coach, imo his best area is with linebackers. He's yet to show anything as a HC and his star players like Breece and Garrett ended last year by calling out their coaching staff. I don’t really think that would be a bust, they’ve built a pretty solid offense around Rodgers during the offseason through pretty smart transactions and primarily focusing on drafting offensive play makers. Of course with the exception of losing players like Huff and JFM, and it’s possible that Reddick will sign any day now but that’s still a bit of a mystery. Even after running through 17 different lineman and losing Rodgers the final reason why they didn’t make the playoffs is because they benched Wilson then he got hurt and they went 0-4 in those games where he was injured or hurt and got eliminated in that final game where he got hurt. If they didn’t wrongfully bench him due to fan and media pressure they would’ve picked up 2-3 wins instead of going 0-4 and they make the playoffs. People are too blind to see that tho. They disregard 17 different lineman 9 of which played 2+ spots on the line, highest pressure rate % under 2.5 seconds allowed. Looking worse and going 0-4 in games where Wilson was benched and hurt. Once Hopkins left Houston, that's when he started linking up with Kyler Murray, and the rest is history. I think Garrett Wilson will have a season like Cooper Kupp did a few years ago. Wilson is already better than Cooper Kupp has ever been, aside from that year, and Wilson(Despite what CJ Stroud might say) has a better quarterback. To say we can't beat them is...insane. but the experience and pressure thing is real. As a Jets fan, I'm not saying we will win the Superbowl. I think we have a talented enough team, but lots of talented teams just miss out. We will certainly compete though.

If Rodgers and Taylor can stay healthy, The Jets I feel will get 9-10 wins. They were able to get 7 wins with mediocre QB play so if Aaron can stay healthy and Tyrod can take over when Aaron goes down or tired, the jets are gonna be a 9-10 win team this season

Your videos are good but the title and the literal first sentence contradict themselves and it really bothers me. The jets have missed the playoffs for 13 years as you stated and have an almost 40 year old qb coming off season ending injury who just so happens to do nothing but choke every year in the games it matters but are a super bowl or bust to you? Geeze and I thought you knew what your talking about there more like let's make the playoffs first which will not happen let alone win the east.

Yes it’s Super Bowl or bust to me. Did they bring in one of the best quarterbacks ever to lose in the wild card round? No. They know their roster is insanely talented and a healthy Rodgers can lead them to a Super Bowl

Yes they sure are. nothing less than a SB win will make this a successful season. Why? Forgetting about the clueless "experts" on ESPN and radio the Jets, by far have the best overall roster, by far, in the league. Could have best offense. 4 time MVP, hall OF fame, top 5 of all time QB who IS NOT WASHED UP. PLAYING WITH BY FAR THE MOST OFFENSIVE WEAPONS HES EVER HAD AND THE BEST DEFENSE HE has EVER HAD ALONG WITH ONEofI THE BEST SPECIL TEAMS IN THE NFL . Do not underestimate having Zurline's rocket leg when there is no kick off and it's a punt. Rodgers is looking at about 4200- 4700 yards passing 40-45 TDS 5-7 INTS. Wilson will lead league or WRs in yardage with about 1800 with approx 15 tds. On other side they have a number 2 professional RECIEVER. Best route runners in NFL and playing with a QB not all over the place like Herbert. Williams 1000+ yards. Brecce Hall will easily run for 1300+ yards but he'll do the most damage catching the ball. Rodgers is the best QB in league at setting up screen pass, especially against man coverage. Hall is a prolific receiver who should add about 700 yards receiving. They may have the best QB in the NFL, best Wr in the NFL along with best RB in NFL. What other team could say that's a possibility? Then there the defense which will finish #1 overall. Last year with not as good a defense they ranked 3 when they were ALwAYS on the field because of how pathetic Wilson is. With Rodgers the defense will be rested most of the time. The secondary may be best in league. They have best shut down corner isince Darelle Revis Sauce. DJ Reed is a pro bowl corner and Michael Carter is an above avg CB. The safeties are good enough especially because Sauce is so good, they only have to really help on one side of the field. The linebackers are beasts. CJ Mosley a tackling machine who can get after QB, Quinton Williams also pass rusher. On defensive line, when Reddick comes back, and he has to by at latest week 6 or he will still be under contract with the Jets next year. Loosing a tremendous amount of money. Reddick 15-18 sacks, Quincy Williams s beast pass rusher and another year for Jermaine Johnson another beast pass rusher. The defense will lead league in sacks, hitting and harassing the QB. Remember what Tampa did to Mahomes chasing him all over running for his life? I can't wait until the Jets do same thing. Jets win 13-15 games. This guy is crazy saying 9 wins they won 7 with the worst QB play I've seen in 41 years. Easily win AFC East along with securing AFCs best record by week 14. Rodgers, garuntee, is same Rodgers that won 2 MVPs a few years ago but on a much better team. # 5 is right there for him to take it. AFC championship game in NJ will probably be against KC and their one dementional team. Patrick Mahomes is like an alien , fantastic qb. But there roster can not hang with NY. And Rodgers vs Mahomes is not much of a difference. The Jets easily win the AFC championship game to go to the Super Bowl against Detroit they'll beat Detroit in the Super Bowl about 31 - 14. To win their second Super Bowl and the only Super Bowl I'll ever see them win. They will be irrelevant again for a very long time as soon as Rogers is done. Forget the radio guys forget the ESPN guys forget them all the experts who said Zach Wilson was a transcendent quarterback LOL yeah it's clear they know what the f*** they're talking about. When the Jets start out 7 and 1 or 8-0 let's see how many of these ESPN guys slamming the Jets now who jump on the f****** bandwagon. I want none of them on that bandwagon get the f*** off.

@@GreasyWopSaleh and JD drafted ZW, isn’t his failure on them too? ARod is a mulligan for not only them but arguably the worst OC in the league. Saleh has overseen more double digit losses than wins, abysmal RZ O, and the several missed TOs during the playoff run in 22’. People like to throw 7 wins around, 2 came in tank-bowl games. And vs Washington he oversaw the largest collapse in over 25 years before sneaking out with a win. Do you really think he and his staff can go head to head with Spags/Reid, or McDaniel/Fangio, or Shanahan and co. because if he can he’s done nothing to this point to prove it. Even with ARod the theory has always been we need a vet to take the offense out of the coaches hands.

I honestly don’t think A-Rod will ever return to form, given that it’s harder to recover from an Achilles injury for people his age. All he’ll come back is as a literal corpse and nothing else. The injury could sap any of his physical skills he once had, and he’ll just be limited pretty much. So with that in mind, we might see his career end terribly, which is what happens to many legends his age, and I won’t be surprised if his career goes out on a bad note.
