Great review man! As for all your reviews! It's great that we can have a review on the performance shoes based on a doctor's point of view. I've been watching performance reviews from other reviewers but they don't touch on subjects like arch support or if this shoe is good for flat feet or neutral or high arched feet. Or touching on certain conditions that could affect a person using the shoe such as Plantar Fascitis, and such. Thanks!

Love the PG 6 & Lebron 19 Low React foam is so elastic it’s the perfect combination of cushion & spring right out of the box while it lasts. And yeah this is a hot shoe, the Tongue & interior of the shoe is extremely comfortable thick & cozy. On the side of the PG 6 there are 3 small ventilation holes on the sides of the shoe open on the outer layer covered by the internal sock liner, you can use a mini pick or anything small enough to fit through that hole & pierce that cloth it provides a good amount of air flow on both sides right in the center of the shoe.

Hi Zach! Great vid as always! When you say the heel will bottom out with heavier players quicker...are you referring to bottoming out in a hooping session or you mean bottom out sooner decreasing the overall life of the shoe? For reference I'm 6'2", 210 lbs with a 38" vertical....lots of force coming down from my jumps.

Overall life of the shoe- but in month 2 the foam wont be as resilient after an hr of playing like it did during week 1 - so its kinda both

Hey Zach! Great review as always. I do noticed that you said the React Foam on the shoe will bottom out faster than Lunarlon which may not be the case as Nike made React to address the notorious issue of Lunarlon bottoming out so fast. With that said, how do you compare the React midsole with the Kobe 8/9/11 lunarlon midsole?
@FootDoctorZach2 жыл бұрын
Yeah that was a midspeak anyway just meant to say different densities of phylon - Id say these are more bulky but more plush too

Great review, detailed as always. Would you say these are the best shoes for dunking?
@tobias9602 жыл бұрын
Wont make a different which basketball shoes you wear for dunking. Your muscles make you dunk not shoes.
@mikolajstrozewski2 жыл бұрын
Of course it makes a difference. Why do you think Cole Anthony dunking in Timberlands in this year's contest was supposed to impress people? Sure, muscles do the dirty work, but it's the shoe's job to make you confident and comfortable. A pair's weight, traction, stability and cushioning are the determining factors whether you can dunk safely and efficiently or not. If you think that's not the case - try dunking barefoot, then in dress shoes, and then put on a pair of good basketball shoes and compare your vertical.
