Yummy for the tummy. I will be celebrating my 93rd birthday on Sat a few days late but it's worth the wait at a Dairy farm where they make ice cream and cheese and whip cream, etc. How cool is that? I'm looking forward to your big day Sept 13th. So glad you had a happy birthday too! Hugs!

I made mine kind of a teal color with a few dabs of green...so cute! I totally remember Baskin-Robbins. Laughed at what you didn't like about that job at age 16 (15). Hilarious!

Oh fun, like mint chocolate chip, or chocolate mint, YUM! My very first job a million years ago was Baskin-Robbins and I fibbed about my age so I Could get hired at barely 15~ What a fun job till they made me clean the bathrooms lol And weigh my scoop and would scold me because I scooped them too large. Happy painting friend, love that you painted your fave.

Right? I had some ice cream on my birthday, and of course as I always do, thought, How can I paint this? lol. This was such an easy technique and oh so fun. And you know im all about making watercolors fun, doable, and enjoyable. Its how we do our best art~ Happy painting friend, I hope you will create your favorite flavor and have fun with this! I got my first set of the Artisto pad of watercolor paper that's used by Debbie. I'm loving mine so far, they handle lots of water, hasn't peeled up on me and they don't seem to wrap too badly. They are as close to 100% cotton paper as one can get. Don't get me wrong I love my Arches but Artisto is my next pick now. Lol I'm not a advertisement, I know im sounding like one.

Im Thrilled to hear this Pamela (my daughter and sister in laws name :-) I agree. The Meeden would be my choice for 100% cotton and step up., for the amount of painting I do, practices and my workshop for beginners, this Artisto is fabulous! I love my Arches too, but for me would be ridiculous to practice and paint as much as I Do daily on it. I'm grateful you gave me your thoughts thank you. I Hear this a lot and so happy its working for many of you. Happy paitning friend.!

A really fun image for summer and another use for the sponge. I don’t like strawberry so chocolate would be my go to. Actually in real life I only like vanilla. Btw, I have a nice sketch I made of morning glories. I am wondering if you could do a tutorial on morning glories before I put brush to paper and possible ruin a nice sketch.

@@PaperPearls24 those are the MAAB metallics. I just love them. I’ve been using them for about a year and have lots of them as well.
