Oh ok I think I understand. I think he's saying that we shouldn't vote because Allah is the only legislator and when we vote we're taking his right and giving it to the creation. khilaafah is different because implements the law of Allah... it doesnt make a new law... khilaafah is Allah's law and governs in accordance to it...
