For Beauty's Sake: A Tall Junk Journal full of Beautiful Things, Just Because They're Pretty! (Sold)

Hello, my crafty friend, and thanks for tuning in! For Beauty's Sake is both the title and theme of this tall junk journal. It's an eclectic collection of fabric, paper, ephemera, envelopes, upcycled jewelry and crafted goodness that I chose to put together just because it's all pretty. There's a slight accidental theme of spring flowers and cherry blossoms, that I didn't notice until after the flip through, as some cherry blossom trim is on the cover, and one spread inside features Japanese pagodas with cherry blossoms. Anyhow, it's a happy floral book made during the sacred time of Navaratri. Most printables are from The Paper Cameo. To honour the goddess, I added a pendant of Larimar and Moonstone, gems of divine feminine energy. I hope you love it as much as I've loved making it! I did watch your video last night, Sarah. My heart went “zing” when I saw the lipstick red sari tie. That color beamed right into the pleasure centers of my brain. Attaching a useable bracelet to the tie is Sarah creativity. Just lovely!

I was in Vancouver for about 7 years, and Cherry Blossom Season was my favourite! I'm in Alberta now, and we don't have them here, but at least the apple blossoms are beautiful. 🌸

@@sarahsjournals Yes, but the provincial flower of Alberta is the wild Rose and it is stunning. I have a good part of the side of my yard covered with them and they are quite simple looking but they smell lovely and the photograph really well you’ve got a gem there.❤️💕🌸
