Torebun Everyone plays DK with those GameCube Bongos. Because of this, nobody can fucking move and the winner of a match depends solely on port priority. The RPS metagame has evolved to ridiculous levels due to it being the only remaining factor to decide matches.

It doesn't work with the official GameCube controller adapter (which I have) and using it on a GameCube game on an actual GameCube, it trigger'd the D-Pad :c I actually bought mine for a For Glory with dance pad video but then that happened

I mean, I know it's kinda part of the challenge to do it with DK, but what if you pick a different character for this? Link could force the enemy to approach and his nair is pretty good. Also you can recover with grab. Similar with Lucas and ZSS. You could also try Jiggs, fight with jumps and nairs and recover with rollout or pick Sonic and use beside nair and jab your neutral b to attack and eventually kill. It also might let you recover as long as your opponent doesn't realize your handicap.
