I swear he has respawn voicelines but they are bugged so they trigger before you get to move around (happening while your in that respawn animation instead of when you actually respawn)

Yeah, would have been cool, if he counted the numbers in a few different Dialects too. Ich ni san, is just the Edo dialect. He could have gone with also the origins dialect, which goes Hii, fuu, Mii itsu, and mixed together like a play on counts. Considering he is from that specific area as a Sohei, ahistorically he would speak in different dialects and accents.
