When I was a fulltime musician back in the 80s and 90s, my day gig was managing a music store in Kingston, MA. Michael Sweet (Stryper - Isaiah 53:5) lived not far away on Cape Cod. He would come into my store every so often and just hang out, play some guitars, chat. He was a super nice guy, quiet and laid back. Those were good days full of good memories. Nice to see a collaboration on a modern tune with various textures and styles. Cool.

I applaud For King and Country for honoring a group that was not so celebrated by the “church” world in the 80s. This song is POWERFUL, BOLD, and meant to cause a warrior mindset to RISE up within someone who is battling thoughts from the enemy and say “Because of all Jesus did, enough is enough! To hell with the devil!” Love it! A++++

I owned the Stryper albums. Including the album with this track. I’m a Metalhead but also a Christian…to piggyback on the gentleman before me; Stryper was a HUGE inspiration to Christians in the heavy music scene and in many ways paved the way for other hard rock and metal bands of faith after them. Confusing LOVE vs. TOLERANCE. Tolerance. The modern, cultural elite praise this virtue in every school setting, media outlet, and job training workshop. We see it in our workplaces, our children's schools, in every genre of TV and movies, and even in commercials. The Bible is rather clear on these topics. How people choose to interpret Infallible and steadfast Scripture is entirely up to them .. not forced, unlike the liberal agendas. I have bad news for these people; Satan is a dangerous ally. He hates God, hates life, hates marriage and particularly hates the family unit, because it is the only moral education that is not in the hands of progressive and manipulative "influencers'. Woe to these demons. They shall face the full wrath of God and suffer the "Second Death" via Lake Of Fire, if they don't repent and turn from sin.

Wow. Can we talk about how masterfully they somehow combined 3 completely different genres together while also bridging a massive generation gap? Might be one if the most ambitious remixes of all time, and I think they nailed it. In the full song (not the trimmed version for the music video) they even bring in some of the iconic electric guitar solo at the end! Truly incredible. Makes me love FK&C so much more!
