Goodness this is gonna take a while. I’ve had strypers posters hanging in my locker since 1985. I too was chastised, but that’s not what this post was about. these guys have been in what I would call the Christian desert for 40 years as long as Moses, walked through the desert and I understand that’s two different situations. The idea that they’re finally being honored even in some way destroys me in the best of ways. Thank you for your respect for this band that has done such wonderful work and has been so faithful Throughout the years, thank you thank you thank you. You just don’t know when I couldn’t go home at night because dad was being dad. I would drive around all night and listen to stryper and Keith Green. Thank you so much to these guys for doing what they do. There were a lot of times because the pastor was cool. Not creepy at the church. I went to he gave me a key and I would go in there and sleep in the pews at night. There were so many guitars around. Michael, you are the reason I began playing guitar almost 40 years ago. It was just for the Devil and to open the eyes of people NOT to follow him there. It was perfect proving a point and waking people up. Especially looking how hard our own country has gotten. Look at those the last few months not understanding they are following God yet following Satan (especially out in front of the colleges). So sad and terrible the world has gotten. True Christians and Jews are coming together yet others are standing up with those who killed on 10-7 yet try to say it never happened.
