Thank you so much for putting part 1 and 2 of this up. It is the only copy on the net. What a curious piece of theatre? It has a sort of creative courageousness that could only be British. Bless you for giving us the opportunity to see this great gem of a fascinating human being and actress. I read the newest biography of Margaret Rutherford recently and found it engrossing. It said she was a very kind person who left lovely gifts for people all the time. Yet she suffered a lot of mental illness and was regularly booking into institutions for electro-therapy. Margaret Rutherford is a real legend and Timothy Spall is amazing and quite courageous taking this role. Thanks again for putting this up! K

I am glad you liked it. Part 1 & Part 2 constitute the whole programme. I have looked and it had never been released on DVD. You could try IMDB to see if there is any reference to it being released. I know that "The Ritz" bulletin board pestered for a long time and got that film released on DVD eventually. If there are enough potential customers then it will be released on DVD.

@SINGINGCYBERMAN Sorry to take so long to reply. Thank you for your kind comments. I have looked to see if it has been published but so far I have not found anything. The programme was originally recorded on VHS in LP mode, then transferred to DVD. That explains the less than sparkling quality. There is no part 3 as the programme only plays for 25 minutes.

@oheretic I am not sure about uploading to a torrent web site as I do not use them. I don't think the quality will be any better as it was originally recorded on VHS in LP mode as I didn't expect to keep the recording. Perhaps you can download the 2 parts and edit them together.

Never saw this before. A courageous performance, but the diction is unclear (unlike Rutherford), because it's too fast and volume too variable, often too soft.
