I love this little home. I think as I am only 5'2" ,probably shorter now could walk around the loft standing up.. She has this organized like a tiny home should be. A hint and something I would do, is by the escape windows, put a rope ladder so you wouldn't have to jump. I love the counter space in the kitchen.

This is the future, because everyday people are pushed into an economic situation, they are doing the best they can. These are wonderful little homes, warm, dry a place to live. I watch these videos for design ideas, but this is a head banger: $79k? Not allowed in most areas. Why not just get a regular park model of 400 to 500 sq. ft. (depending on the state) that is allowed just about everywhere.

I couldn't live on land I did not own as they can keep raising the monthly rent on you. Companies are taking people's home over and raising rents and it is so sad so beware. It will also be hard to sell your home.

I remember when Randy showed this home before the owner took possession of it. He said the boys who built it was only around 16 & 17yo & he was bragging on the star around the sprinkler & the trim work. He said look @ that & these boys did that on their own. He didn't tell them to put that star around that. He was so amazed that the Amish boys done that. There was 2 boys on this home & they did a fantastic job.
