🤣🤣 I was thinking the same thing. Also I was confused as to his comment in regards to the A/C blowing cold as I didn’t see the compressor belt.

A white with a disastrously refurbished non-factory “camel” interior. If camel was ordered it may possibly be a one of one because of the undesirability but of course no Marti for GM. The undercarriage is a joke while the aftermarket exhaust system doesn’t provide proper extension of the tips. If in the market for a late 70’s T/A be sure to buy the proper big block PONCHO 400 (W72) not the whimpy small block Olds 403 above and Fisher T-Tops. Hobnail Cloth seats as opposed to vinyl are worth seeking out.

interior door panels look like shit. the handle are missing also.

I dont like the trim, on the inside door trim. There is no handle to open or shut door. One has to open the window, and teach around from inside to open the outside door handle. Makes no sence. Beautiful car, but no pdl nor stereo.

The only thing on the door panel was the handle to open it . The tilt is the lever behind the one for the turn signals which has the cr button on the end. No need for pdl when both locks are within arms reach but I would add remote locks to avoid having to use a key ,if they haven't been already.

@@J55SBut there is no pull handle to shut it, when you're getting in it. Car is gorgeous, but it just looks tacky to me for some reason. I stand corrected, it does have tilt and cruise. Strange that is came with not even an am/ fm radio though.

@@thebacdoc6464 They originally came with door pull/arm rest. The mounting points weren't very good especially when you considered how heavy the doors are. There were door panels that had carpet along the bottom under the arm rest, now that was tacky but it was still the 70s. A am/fm radio was standard and I believe an 8-track player was an option. Looks like they put a mirror to cover where it was.

There are no inside or outside door handles. The pinstripe is not original but added by somebody later on. And gen 2 Firebirds came in a wide variety of colors. However this is a very beautiful Firebird that would look great sitting in anyone's driveway.

Wow Such a Nice Car I am Sorry to hear about your Father but I can see he really took Great care of everything. I lost my Father 14 years and still miss him so much he Loved Cars and Trucks he had bought a Brand New 1976 455 4 Speed Trans Am White with Red interior he gave to my oldest brother who drove it so hard for a year and then my Dad got him a new 77 Grand Prix for graduation my Dad held on to Trans Am knowing how much I wanted my middle brother didn’t want 4 speed finally I got my DL and the T/A was mine it was always costing me repairs my Dad kept car in backyard hopefully one day to restore after a couple decades and so much rust he traded before he passed on I have wanna especially last few years and seeing one like this is really got me thinking it’s crazy what those cars prices have gotten to even junk yard one sticker price on the one we had about 6 thousand and I kn😢my Dad got better deal ow
