FYI 60k miles in Japan is like 200k miles in the US because of the traffic, being why most of the cars on these sites all have around 60k

Japanese folks also obsessively maintain their cars - we only buy the highest rated units with zero issues and up to date maintenance. We’ve yet to see a JDM that doesn’t perform like a 1-2 year old US car There is a MASSIVE amount of factors - namely cultural - that go into this. We once imported a Nissan with 23,000 miles that had had its timing belt and all other 100,000 mile service done that year. It’s actually the opposite - a 300,000 mile JDM is likely in better condition than a 150,000 USA car
