I was in this house. Drove up to Elkton when it was displayed at a Homestedders show there. Made the drive specifically to get a feel of what it was like being in a 20 ft, so I could decide whether to buy a 16 or 20. Surprisingly spacious feel being inside, enough so, that for my purposes I know I can manage with a 16 ft. I dragged the sofa forward 4 feet and sat on side bench imagining it to be shorter. I'm gonna put the tiny in my back yard as a multi-purpose granny cottage, office & sorta she-shed. Also as a place to go hide when my granddaughter, who lives with me, has people over.

They're making a killing. For $200,000, you could get 10-15x the square footage in an average single floor home, and be able to resell the home (get all your money back, plus some). These tiny homes are a luxury and people don't realize it.

I lived in rural Kentucky for years and we didn't have city water until 2007. One hundred gallons would usually last my husband and myself a couple weeks or more. And if the winter roads were bad and we couldn't get our hauling truck out safely, we would melt snow. I LOVE the new "Woody" line and we hope to find a piece of land soon. Awesome channel guys!!

you could buy four used ones not in the best condition but you could park them side-by-side and I could put one dog in each one of my trailers and buy me some solar panels and I’m good. I have a utility trailer that I paid 8000 for it looks the same as this, except there’s some interior work I think this guy is sketchy that’s just my gut instinct but he’s a salesman

That is one nice 20-foot Incred-I-Box. Love the color inside, what is the name of the color? Also love the sponge painting in the bathroom. That color inside, gives me a beachy vibe. Like the Woody, I like this roofline better, and it looks less complicated to build than the gable roof line. One can mount a fireplace, near the door, and TV above it, using the outlet next to the door frame, as Randy has pointed out in previous videos. I found an electric fireplace that is 18.11" tall and comes in 6 different widths, 30", 36", 42" 50, 60, and 72" long/wide. It has 12 different flame colors, and crystal rocks, also have 12 different colors, heating, which you can turn off, and remote control. That is a nice futon. On the kitchen side, where there is a wall, you can put a wardrobe stand, and I found some, that has 3 drawers and a place to hang clothes. @@lishaloula I think it is a very bright reddish orange. I would do a teal or sea green in the outside but leave the inside that teal color and like the sponge paint in the bathroom but a different shower curtain in a teal or sea green color. I would replace the water heater with an electric tankless water heater so I don’t have to deal with the propane tanks and put a shelf to store some small kitchen appliances like a mixer, blender etc. I have portable NuWave induction cooktops that I can use outside as well. I would add upper cabinets for storage with a vent hood underneath.

FYI, who ever owns this ITH 8x20 home, get a seond batter asap! You can get the on sale as signature solar for about $1400. You need 10K of storage as a minimum. 20K would be ideal.

I'm more familiar with 12V lithium, but they stated 4 -350 watt solar panels. 1400 watts is a lot of solar. Comparison I have 200 watt panel which keeps my 1000 watt solar generator fully charged.
