Beautiful refurb, hard to keep all the original features but integrated with nature and the old property beautifully.

It's a pity they did not show the interior of the cottage.

The need to add photos of Preston's cottage to The Modern's House's info page.

This is a stunning property. I think the interior looks very much in keeping with a 60's aesthetic. Not to everyone's taste but I think it's a beautifully maintained property and if I had the means I'd be onto this like a shot.

Как же всетаки европейцы умеют вписывать экстерьер в ландшафт, а ландшафт в экстерьер. Очень уютно, комфортно , здесь хочется наслаждаться жизнью.

I sense the original modernist concept has been lost … the new windows are particularly disappointing
@MsGinSling Жыл бұрын
I totally agree. The original kitchen was quite unique and removing that and also some of the full panes has spoilt the original vision. Also the architect wasn't just a dabbler he was Ray Moxley who designed award winning Chelsea Harbour.
@michaelsnelling2918 Жыл бұрын
@@MsGinSling Thanks for identifying Ray Moxley as the architect … looking at archive pics of the house in period many of its original characteristics have been lost to over restoration … I think the owners wanted a completely different house to the one originally intended

I’m surprised by the price given the way the property is presented. I suspect the good bones of the original vision have been lost.

I wonder why people spend so much money and effort to change a house that already stands and works, rather than accepting it? Yes perhaps, putting your mark on it, but then again, just selling up, and moving on.
@Lyndseyde Жыл бұрын
I wonder the same. So many people spend years renovating a place to their taste, only to sell it once it’s finished. Perhaps they enjoy the process more than the result.

Awesome analysis! I'm an aspiring trader who would rather learn from other traders' experience than investing in the market myself, in anticipation of the next bull run. What are your thoughts on copy trading as well? Do individuals actually earn a living? Just trying to get some reassurance. I want to have a healthy portfolio worth at least $850,000. Reliable inputs please.
@bahijarhafiri Жыл бұрын
I’ve copied trades from a licensed wealth manager over the past few years and its better than trading blindly on your own if youre an absolute newbie. It would give you a better understanding of what's happening but keep in mind that the success of copying another trader is dependable on their transparency. That's actually how I was able to raise a profit of $610K in a few months of active sessions.

The adviser I'm in touch with is 'Stephanie Kopp Meeks' she works with Merrill,, Smith incorporated and interviewed on CNBC Television. You can use something else, for me her strategy works hence my result. she provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.

Definitely not one of my favourites. The outside was lovely but as soon as you went indoors it went downhill from there. The décor was pretty mediocre.
