Beautiful home & special location, attention to detail and the little things are great too. If I could be a little nit picky though ( with no disrespect to the owners, )at their price point as a buyer I would expect Granite or Quartz tops through out, not laminate ( Formica) tops. Which then may then cause cabinet & bathroom vanity updates and that can get pricey because one thing leads to another.Thanks for the video. GLWS.

Outstanding storage-area in the attic as well! Storage space in many Villages homes is lacking. You've GOT to keep the attic as cool as you can though or else stuff bakes (!) up there...seems the owners here are well-aware of that! -- BR

Yes, right next to the house is a huge open-field/power-company right-of-way with other huge towers. It runs north-south. If you don't already know about Google Earth, go there and check it out -- I have Google Earth Pro (it's free) on my desktops and laptops, and use it often to look up addresses of homes for sale. It has Aerial View & Street View -- put in the address for this house (Aerial View, which is by default), zoom-in and see the power-lines next to it. -- BR

damn near a million bucks for a 2000 square foot/3 bedroom/2 bath home? even with a pool it isn't worth that much. I live in an almost 5000 square foot/5 bedroom/3.5 bath home, with vaulted ceilings, a home office/den, crown molding, custom paint, finished basement, sunken family room with a fireplace, that over looks a lake with mountain views and I know I would never get a million bucks for my home. a person would have to be insane to purchase that home for a million bucks.

Wow so they need a new roof and new HVAC. This home is grossly overpriced. The Zestimate is $681,000. They paid $381,300 in 2008. Nice house just really overpriced, especially because they do not want to pay realtor fees.
