For Today's songs "The King" and "Fearless" from their album "Immortal".
This song is to celebrate victory through God, and to motivate or educate those who do not know him yet. God has promised us an eternity with him when we accept him as our Savior. We are immortal through him because even when this life on earth ends, we still have eternal life in heaven. The world cannot take away what you will experience after this life.

Because we are immortal, we are fearless. Fearless of persecution, fearless of dying, and fearless of Satan. All of these things really are legitimate things to fear, but God trumps all of these things, and so do you.
- "Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong." -2 Corinthians 12:10
If we are only on this earth to glorify God, and to expand his kingdom, then why wouldn't that be the most important goal in our lives? Why wouldn't we expend every ounce of energy bettering ourselves and others?
He died for you, the least you could do is live for him.

We should not fear and not be afraid because god is with us and god son Jesus conquer death hell and the grave for us all of us so we can live. How did you find the names to the voices of the quotes at the beginning? Are you sure those are the right people? I don't understand because I've heard atleast one name listed there preach things that were contrary to the Bible

This band is truly talented in their musicianship and vocals, but I can't listen to them because I'm agnostic and I feel like they're too one sided. August Burns Red are like cool Christian people that just tell you to be a good person and we all have faults ya know? For Today is convert or be damned in every song I've given a listen too. I can't accept good Hindus and all the other religions being damned because they don't believe in god, they're all just trying to be good people in their own ways.

Well, forgive me for sounding harsh, but facts don't care about your feelings. Believe me, man, as a born again, evangelical believer myself, I would love to believe that anyone that at least tries to be good will make it to the kingdom, and I could; but my wish won't make it true. I hate the idea of people going to hell- I wouldn't wish that on anyone. But justice is justice, and the simple truth is that perfect blood is the only recompense for our souls before a perfect God; and there's only ever been one man with perfect blood. Fortunately, he offers to share his with everyone if they'd only let themselves follow him instead of the world. Not trying to cram anything down your throat, but just thought I'd give my mite on the issue. Hell isn't a pleasant concept, even for believers like me. But it's kinda' like gravity. I can choose to not believe in it (that is my capability as a sentient life form with free will), but ultimately, whether I believe in it or not, I will always come crashing back down to earth when I jump. My belief doesn't change reality as much as I wish it could. Hell is an unfortunate but justified fact of life, and it's for that reason that bands like this are trying to reach out to the broken and show them that salvation can be theirs too. We love everyone, and we just want to see this world thrive under the love of God.
