Gardenview out now, listen on Spotify (sptfy.com/gard...) or wherever you listen to music.
Here's the first single off my album "For You" that comes out April 23rd :)
Listen to "For You" on Spotify: spoti.fi/2Hfs7tj
"For You," by Nataly Dawn
Produced by Lauren O'Connell
Credits:
Nataly Dawn: vocals, video editing
Lauren O’Connell: guitar, bass, piano
Rob Humphreys: drums
Ricky Chavez: cinematography
Lyrics:
Sitting in the darkness
Watching all our shows
Packing up apartments
I’d do it over and over
Over and over
Memorizing all the
Wrinkles on your nose
The pixels of your eyes
I’d do it over and over
Over and over
If it wasn’t for you
If it wasn’t for you
Arguing and pardoning
Our differences
Carving out my heart
I’d do it over and over
Over and over
If it wasn’t for you
If it wasn’t for you

It feels fitting that I'm releasing this song today, while Jack is away on business. Even after twelve years of being together I still miss him like crazy anytime he's gone.

I kinda drifted away from you for a while, Nataly, and I'm not exactly sure why. For some reason, I just had to walk around the block. When I think about it now, turning each corner was actually bringing me back to you... And, eventually, I got to here, wondering why I was so slow to return. This song is sublime. For me, it's as powerful and moving as any anthem. It's the gravity that I believe is going to keep my orbit ever tighter within your universe. I really love it.(It's great to be back.)

If it weren't for HER... je ne serais pas là à t'écrire ce petit mot d'amour tout... paternel! Mais comme elle est belle, ta chanson, comme elle est belle... Comme elle te ressemble! Great song, beautiful simple and awesome talent from everyone. I’ve been watching and listening to all the music you and your friends make and just wanted to say Lauren you know are an awesome bass player and musician! I didn’t know you played played multiple instruments but all of you guys are amazing and inspiring musicians! I haven’t really touched my guitar much these last few years but I heard paplamoose and started listening to all the music everyone has created and have picked up my guitar and started playing and writing again! It’s refreshing to hear real music by artists and not the mainstream bs with people that call themselves “Artists” yet are merely just entertainment performers and rely on others talent and fancy spectacles to exist. Y’all are a rare gem and I truly appreciate all the amazing talent each of you bring when you play!

@@randyautrand5950 Hate? I don't hate anybody. I said, 'when I want to hear whispering, I'd be back... meaning I won't be back!' ...but since you are using radical language, I had to return: ..My choice of 'radical language' is defined as so: Do parents get mad at their children when they misbehave? Yes. Does that mean they HATE their children? No. One would have to be an idiot to think so. The word hate has become like the word love: it's usually an exaggeration: Many political critics over use the word HATE, and therefore, mislead people with using words that leads people to extreme anger at another opposing view. Do you HATE your children? No. ...but according to your misuse of the word hate, you do hate your children. Next false assumption, please.
