@@KalleFlodin Wow! Thank you from Mother EARTH and each and everyone of us that shares this Earth for picking up litter in this beautiful place. I do not understand that mentality either of anyone who litters anywhere. I do know that some people (unfortunately) can be and are absolute PIGS in PUBLIC spaces. I see it over and over, all the time. Total disregard for public spaces along with no distinction between right and wrong. Beautiful video, Thank you for sharing your lovely time and family with us. ✌️❤️🙂 🇨🇦

This made me smile and feel at peace. I work in a tough career working with children and families who are in crisis. I work with low priority, but even those situations are tough. Especially histories. It is beautiful when I witness growth and independence. Your child has good parents of good character. Big city life is tough on families. Keep up the beautiful work for your baby ❤

Thank you for just another beautiful episode. Just last summer I learnt that dried (and/or fermented) tea of fireweed (Chamaenerion/Epilobium angustifolium) tastes almost exactly as black/green tea, it’s called ‚Ivan chai‘ as it was very popular in Russia (I had no chance to find it so far not growing along busy country roads). - I am with you regarding the plastic and other rubbish just being dumped carelessly in the middle of beautiful nature, makes me cry, same here in the few spots of what’s left of nature here in Ireland (the „beautiful“ green fields are ecological disasters, as all diversity is constantly eaten by sheep, millions of them, no regrown of trees, herbs, flowers, no fireweed). - And me too, I am more of an eater while picking anything!

Thank you! What a beautiful, atmospheric, magical video! You really are a film maker, Kalle! Yes, there are things you just can't understand. They go beyond my ‘horizon’. I can't understand the act of purposefully throwing something into nature, just raising my arm and throwing it PURPOSELY into nature ... I simply cannot comprehend it! Likewise when people are deliberately malicious for the sake of being malicious. I can't understand it. ... and so many other things I can't understand either. People are sometimes so different that you think they're from different planets. They only look the same on the outside, but inside they are the opposite of each other. And yes, I can understand Christine. I'm German and I'm learning Swedish. I love this language, I really do, but I also have this problem with the rrrrrrrrrr 😉 All the best to you all ❤, Diane P.S.: I am a picker. When I start eating, I can't pick properly anymore. The concentration and dedication is then gone ;-)

Nice to see that there are more people doing that. ❤ I am eating and picking berry's at the same time :) Eating straight from the plant/earth is the best taste ever. Then there is something extra that makes it complete. Then the soul of the plant is most connected to it. And that nourishes us too. Nice video! Greetings to all of you. 🍀

Hello Kalle , Christine, and sweet little one! This beautiful video was so soothing and calming! You have a real talent of producing quality work, Kalle. I, too, get very upset when I see trash in the woods…or anywhere, for that matter. In my previous retired forest work, I would see far too much of it. There are people who camp that actually leave chairs, couches, camping gear etc.….use it, and just walk away. 🤬Leave no trace motto is….CARRY IT IN, CARRY IT OUT! Have respect for the Motherland….PLEASE! Love from Pennsylvania, USA 💕🌷🐻

I have enjoyed your videos for years now. I’m originally from Finland, which I left behind 28 years ago. The Swedish nature is so similar that your videos often wake up a lot of memories and emotions from my childhood. This one was particularly beautifully filmed. You gave me food for thought. I get the same feeling of clearing my mind when I am working in my garden. I think nature and elements like the water in the shower make us focus on something else than the monkey brain. And when that happens, the unconscious mind gets a chance to have its say 😏

Thank you Kalle! I am in love with your videos. So happy for you and Christine, especially having seen all your struggles from last year. I myself grew up in Stockholm, and right now I am studying abroad in a very big city. I just recently realized, how hard this is on me, that I am so happy just being in nature and close to my parents (they live a bit outside of Stockholm). I truly don't need anything else! It's so sad that today so much attention is drawn to making a lot of money and a career, when the most important things, the things that would make us the most happy, go unnoticed. I am only 22, so I hope I will find a way not to fall into that trap, but it is hard when most of the people my age are so different. Either way I wish you and your family all the best, and a very cozy and relaxing end of the summer! Also, you telling about how you wish to see your son run around in the forest next year made me cry. You are such great parents, and I believe your son will be very happy!

I am so with you when it comes to people that don’t clean up after themselves. I live in Colorado and we have people that camp in the mountains and have no clue how to “leave better than you found it “ It is such an irritant. I really understand the love of the mornings. When I first moved to Colorado, I went fishing and caught some rainbow trout and within maybe 45 minutes it was in the pan cooking. It was the best flavor ever. Didn’t know how special it was so I saw it in the store and bought it and took one bite and threw it all the way because it was so so gross. Nothing like fresh right out of the water.

Oh Kalle, I am completely with you about the rubbish. I don't understand it either. I live in North Wales on the coast and we have a beautiful beach about a twenty minute drive away and the rubbish that is left behind is disgraceful. Again, I know to spend time there I know I will see the rubbish and even my four year old grandson is talking about the rubbish and so (once I am better) we are going to take a bin bag to collect the rubbish. We were watching something on youtube and an advert came on about plastic and how if affects the ocean and my grandson was with me and he was really upset. He actually picks up other peoples rubbish!

Thanks, Kalle, for sharing your relaxing summer day with us. Loved seeing everyone make an appearance in this video, especially the little guy :-) I also do not get the mindset of people who litter. Are they lazy or just so self-absorbed that they have no regard for the earth and the other animals and people living on it? As someone who never, ever litters, I really can't understand it either. Also, thanks for the lemonade recipe. Looks delicious! I think the English translation for what Christine was trying to say is that it was "an obscene amount of sugar". Does look like a lot, but you need that sweetness to balance out the sourness of the lemons, and then you are diluting it with more water, so it really looks like more sugar than it is. Wishing you and the family a great week. --Donna
