Hey dude... Simply thank you so much!!!! I have watched all of this series and waiting for the next episode to come out. I am now 3 videos in (April) and re-watching in detail while taking note. I am 32 years old and haven't made notes since Uni lmao. I am going to put this on every video along liking for the algorithm 🤣. I have some Mugwort and Lavender drying out and just made the wild garlic butter. Outstanding effort my friend, keep it up. Peace, love and positive vibes 😁😜✌️

Thank you for another superb vid. A safety tip for roses is to avoid thorns because a liver fluke that can live on them. It aims to get into your lood then live in the liver causing potentially serious damage.

I'm not foraging much yet, but I'm learning how to distinguish and identify when on my travels. I'm paying more attention and quite pleased with the knowledge I'm getting. Best thing is that it gives me reason, motive and enthusiasm for the outdoors and nature. 🌼 🤗 I will be particularly looking out for wild lettuce as I've heard some great things about it. I like the way you only took the rose petals, respect! Sending love from Manchester. Really appreciate you 🌼

Great thanks. It’s surprising how quickly the knowledge builds up, and once you learn a plant you start seeing it everywhere 😁

Thank you Lewis, I am so enjoying my long walks now as I see the wild plant world with “new eyes”….I scan the banks, paths and stream areas for plants and am learning how to identify them. I have been studying and growing wildflowers, pollinators and herbs over the past two years and foraging was the next area I wanted to explore when I found you. I am a visual learner rather than a reader and you make everything interesting and concise - thank you once again. 👌😀

Lovely thank you. I can identify the Yew tree now so won’t get killed by a Yew 🥳🥳 🥳 I’ve seen it with the red berries on but didn’t know about the underside of the leaves, so thank you ❤️

Thank you so much 🙏 What would be an amazing idea, would be to travel the country, foraging like this in different areas at different times. A lot of these plants don’t grow further north, for example. And to take a cook along who knows some recipes with the plants? Just a suggestion. It think it would be brilliant. Amanda Using hubby’s account. Xxx

I find only 1percent of the plants you mentioned in all of your videos😅 wow! You live in a very diverse place, UK is indeed a very blessed place. BTW I want to ask you I have a lot of persicaria nepalensis here, do you know if it's edible or not?

UK Wildcrafts Hi, When these plants have the bloom on the young leaf's, is that to protect them from the sun or insects? Sorry just asking, I'm not a botanist just a nosey old twit! 🦍
@UKWILDCRAFTS2 жыл бұрын
I’m not completely sure but yes I think it’s to do with protection from insects
