Yes the oranges are needed for that pop of color, I enjoyed the refresher I have all my tree cuttings in buckets of water waiting for me to get started and now I am ready to dig in.

I have been making wreaths for years now, but love your teaching technic. You have an eye for what is beautiful and this wreath would have cost $100 if you purchased it. It is so satisfying to create something so beautiful with what you have on hand. Merry Christmas to all!

I love this! You make it look so easy. The finished wreath is stunning! I just completed a table top arrangement and a couple of swags from elements collected from my yard (& my sister’s). I even base some of my plant purchases with the intent of harvesting bits and pieces for future winter arrangements. Winterberry hollies planted last year, red twig dogwood coming next year, for instance.

I've always loved watching you make wreaths. I watched you make one about 5 years ago and I've been foraging every year since to make my own and its so much fun to do. I take my dog on a common trail not far from our house and there is tons of fir trees and dogwood twigs just growing wild on the sides of the path its so easy to do.
