This looks really nice. I remember playing this game but I never had music for whatever reason. I probably didn't have an actual sound card back in the day. The capture looks really good.

You probably played Commander Keen 4 (or 5 or 6) by Id Software. This specific video is from Foray in the Forest, which is a sequel/mod to the original game series, and was released for Christmas 2023. It contains all new levels, enemies, story and music!

If you didn't have a sound card, the game might have sounded like this through PC Speaker: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r4HNn51pfbecbLM (if your PC had a PC speaker connected.. some users unplugged it since it was perceived to be annoying)
