A uterus rupture, separation, or blockage is definitely life threatening, but it's not necessary to kill the baby. Severe preeclampsia and eclampsia can also be life threatening but again, there's no need to kill the baby. Maybe I'm just not a start enough doc. Please enlighten me and help me out here.

If you believe that women need access to abortion up to birth, whether its for complications, or becuase of poverty, then the question "do you believe in unfettered access ot abortion up to 9 months" is an easy yes or no.
