Thank You Senator Cassidy: 340B Program is one aspect, over utilization of ED for Primary Care access., But the following are 2023 Profits of the Largest Insurers: UnitedHealthcare 32.4 billion, Cigna 7.4 billion, CVS/Aetna 13.7 billion, Elevance 8.7 billion, Humana 4.0 billion, Centene 2.9 billion, Molina 1.6 billion. I'm for everyone getting a fair shake, but these profits seem grotesque ( when compared to 2013 all at least double, most triple )

I had a heart stent at a “not for profit hospital” they charged my insurance company $250k. My son broke his wrist, they charged my insurance company for a liter of the pain killer they shot in his wrist before setting it. When I questioned these they said “It’s how we can afford to treat the poor.”

We were called to the hospital because my mother coded when I got there the staff told my aunt she was stabilized and they were moving her from the second floor we waited hours to see her the staff finally calls us back saying 2 at a time my aunt and uncle went back first they came back minutes later saying mom had passed away 😒 🤔 now its me and my daughter turn soon as the double doors opened this horrendous smell of dead flesh greeted us we kept wondering where the smell was coming from i reached My mom room hoping to bath her and make sure shes comfortable in her final moments i pulled the covers back my mom was laying in a pool of her shit looking like she had been fighting for her life and she's the 3rd relative i witnessed to look that way with the blood splatter from them putting medication into what appears to be their jugguler vein i go ask the nurses who were sitting on their ass scrolling on their 📱 may i have some bath supplies to clean my mother up one of them stated at that stage we dont bother them i said so my mom spent her final moments breathing and laying in her shit thats when the other nurse volunteered to help her clean my mother up we leave out come back smell is even worse they left the soiled linens in the room the whole experience was horrible and not to mention her insurance didn't cover cancer she's still at the funeral home because her husband pocket some of the cremation funds leaving things up to you people we pay coming in and going out smh
