what part of trafficking is considered non violent. Everything to do with Trafficking is violent, it doesn't have to show bruises or blood, it could be threats of any kind. So, lets carry this Bill a little further. If a person breaks and enters and steals, or steals a car, should that person not get special consideration if they previously had their vehicle stolen, or someone broke into their home. This is sick.

Crime is not down. Crime is simply out of control. When you live in a large city, like me, and suddenly begin to realize you now have acquaintances who have been murdered or gone missing, like I have, you might then realize you now live in a city where crime is out of control. When crime is out of control and law enforcement does not have the staff level to deal with it, or law enforcement find themselves under constant criticism from the Dept of Justice, then you might find, like me, that crime is out of control. Now, in cities and towns across the United States, folks are finally waking up to the fact that the very politicians they supported to fight President Trump on that 4 billion dollar border wall they thought was so expensive just a few years ago, are now angry they are giving their tax dollars to illegals and Ukraine.
