Yea, there is no other conclusion when you consider they met the week before and called it off when they were informed he was not present at the home. Further, this was a search warrant not an arrest warrant. I would have to hear their justification for executing a no-knock entry under these circumstances to discount this not being a set-up for an execution. What evidence was likely to be destroyed if they came to the home at 8am the day they originally met, not the week later? Those "Agents" don't have the judgement to wear a badge. They should be held accountable as having conspired to execute a law abiding citizen under the cloak of authority. Every agent must stand trial or we're letting them use the Nazi Defense, "Hey, I was just following orders." The agent in charge of the field office needs to stand trial as well. Administrators need to stand trial for whatever tole they played. If they knew this was going to be a no-knock pre-dawn raid with him present, they need to learn to consider what that means when it is a search warrant.

The ATF is not a "Lawful" agency according to the "Constitution and Bill of Rights" or "Supreme Law of The Land"! The ATF should not exist and all powers of the ATF should be assumed by local Sheriff Dept's. All data bases would be better used by local/county Sheriffs Departments and could ensure much faster response times in cases of emergency. Sheriff's can deputize as many deputies as necessary and We the People are here!

What’s the ATF’s advice to a regular, law-abiding American citizen?! What should I do differently from Bryan, who was shot dead?! I’m not a criminal, ergo, I do not expect police to break into my house. If in the middle of the night I hear someone breaking into my house - and, importantly, I can’t check my camera - it’s been obscured, and I can’t turn on the lights to see what’s going on… what do I do to protect my family?
