Are you sure? I thought Chevron Deference applied to federal bureaucracies, not universities and corporations and their accepting and hiring practices. These seem to be Civil Rights violations and AG Rokita even mentions that in this video.

A certain amount of diversity or multiculturalism at a sustainable level is great and productive, when the line is crossed and we're being over saturated is when multiculturalism becomes it's own worst enemy and the breeding ground for racism, don't blame the people, blame the broken model which was never garenteed to work.
