That's absolutely correct. No one has brought up the fact that before his inauguration, he had signed over all of his ownership and management of the Trump Organization and entities to Eric and Don Jr. So whoever reviewed Cohen's invoices and approved them and forwarded to the HUGE accounts payable department actually paid Cohen's legal bills. And I bet that no one actually had to approve the invoices since Cohen was already getting paid as attorney before 2015. Also, it wasn't as if it was one huge $170,000+ invoice. The reason they are charging Trump with 30+ felony charges, is because each charge represents a paid invoice. How does the prosecution distinguish any of those invoices for a specific payment to Daniels?
