I feel like people tend to miss the other side too much. For the Palestinians, their argument is that they feel like the Jews in 1945. They have been put in a concentration camp from where they cannot leave i.e., Gaza. Their homes and land have been confiscated and they are discriminated against. No one talks about it. Then, when a bunch of their people throw a temper tantrum supposedly because they have had enough, everyone is collectively punished by being bombed. This is likely the perspective of the Palestinians and it paints them as a victim.

I am Irish an ex UN peace keeper, who had colleagues murdered for no reason, by both the Palestinians and the IDF. I have a tear in my eye listening to this man, what a powerful speech and reminder of what the Jewish people have had to endure for centuries. I am astounded at the support shown all over the world at these marches and in the UN council for a bunch of terrorists operating at the whim of Iran. He is correct, the UN members should be ashamed of themselves, calling on Israel to stop defending itself, whilst failing to demands that Hama's leave the public buildings they are occupying against International law, and using It's civilians as human shields, which is a war crime. Shame, Shame Shame on you the UN and especially the secretary General for trying to justify the atrocities carried out against the Jewish people.

UN Secretary general did want to address the charter. UN did not express the council need to condemn the act blaming Israel instead for the reason of attack. UN response to Hamas representatives on reitering their commitment to the continual effort to wipe the Jews entirely is a deafening silent. On the other hand UN has been chanting and barking for Israel to allow Hamas a chance to regroup via ceasefire on the pretext of humanitarian reason. I am sadden that UN had become partners in crime. You can fool some people all the time and you can fool all the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.
