Pizza Dough
330 g Water
7 g Dry Yeast
15 g (1 Tbsp) Salt
500 g Tipo "00" Flour
Tomato Sauce
300 g Passed Tomatoes
6 g (1 tsp) Salt
Toppings
8 g (1 Tbsp) Curry powder
300 g Cheese 26% fat
125 g Mozzarella
200 g Smoked Ham
300 g Banana
60 g Peanuts salted

I use pineapple too. And chicken instead of ham. Plus, I sprinjle curry powder and cashew nuts over.
