Force block completely disassembled.wmv

This is my block completely bare after I had a 3 cylinders honed and 1 sleeved. As it turns out, the top 3 cylinders had been previously bored by the former owner so while I has a standard size sleeve put in, the other 3 are 020 over. So I will need 2 different size pistons to put it back together. It also looks like that exhaust plate will have to be replaced.

So did you end up using 3 oversize pistons and 1 standard then? Forgive me for asking, but isn't that a no-no since the one standard piston will have a different weight than the other 3 oversized ones? I would think this would asymmetrically load/wear your rotating assembly and throw off the harmonics. no?

Did you replace new exhaust plate?
