What part of the South are you referring to? We have them in NC unfortunately, the most well known one is in Western Carolina where the hurricane hit (Acony Bell). However, I do think they were okay where they're located.

This a beautiful place, 600 plus per month lot rent, and no spaces are open, keep in mind all lot rent increases every year, so a younger person, as myself,, that lot rent is a deal breaker.

I love this idea! I wish I can do this. Just for fantasy, I would love to redo my life and live in a community like this. But I would want all of my nieghbors to be kind and nice. But that is really fantasy. I loive in a small town in KY and I really do not know my neighbors and we all stay to ourselves, unfortunately. The only thing I do not like is the yardwork. Too much yardwork at my age,73 now.
