I had lost my Job from a Top product based company during second wave of Covid 2021. Despite of having good experience I have decided to leave this career and started working for my own business. It's all running well by the blessings of almighty God. I used to watch this channel's video becoz It was the domain that I loved & where I have devoted 9 years of my life.

My recent experience. I was working on 3rd party consultancy payroll and i am in bengaluru in client location and i came from UP. My month date starts from 3 to 3 date. There was talk between my payroll company and client Hr that they would make me permanent to client payroll from next month means on 3rd May. Suddenly what happens in April month and last financial year reports comes and more than 50 percent loss to the client. So because of this client started firing most of the employees specially all 3rd party and some of their permanent employess as well. And this report comes in last week of arpril and then my vendor company HR called on 30april. That my last working day is 3 May. They didn't listened me just sent me mail for my last working day 3 may. This is my 2nd layoff in a row. Now i m residing in bengaluru only and updating myself because i cant go to my hometown without it even i have many responsibilities.

*In current times, the moment someone becomes non billable or come on bench, they should start exploring opportunities both inside and outside the current company*

Consciences not coming to the point.. I worked for 2.5 years at the same company I am handling total Manual,automation,back end .total project I have only managed.but one .... Reporting managers have only 40% knowledge ....some time knowledge is not considered....call only unlearned fellow ruling the team .. If that manger has any team decently forced resign happen. Only personal experience 😊😊😊😊

It's not only Infosys and wipro, it's cognizant also they forcefull to resign the job,if not the hr mentioned organization will take action. This kind of toucher cts employee gone though it

​@@rajateshr6106that difficult plan B has got its another name , probably more practical one "Backup Plan". It is not that difficult when it has got higher priority under current circumstances 😉

i was also forced to resign from Deloitte after 2.2 years by giving the reason of my previous employer being blacklisted from the latest norms and regulations that Deloitte has made.
