Sir, unstable Pakistan is biggest threat to Indian and regional security. Pakistan needs absolutely stable Politician like IK who can give huge business growth to region and peace. I must admit as a Imran Khan supporter and subsequent events of the last 12 months have made me stop listening to any topics / videos involving Pak army as I have become anti army. Pak establishment have now the upper hand and may successfully crush Imran Khan's party and silence his supporters by brute force however they have lost the hearts and minds of 70% of population. I strongly believe that next two generations won't ever support Pak army again as they did in the past. It is evident from the fact that Pak army have now launched various PR compaigns involving school/ college rallies, billboards, media projections etc. They know deep down that in this power struggle they have lost thier popularity and reputation amongst the general public.

I think i would have to write a comment here sir. I have been an avid listener and follow you as someone from India who has an inredible insight to International affairs but i will have to add to your analysis here. While it makes sense looking from an outsider's perspective i think i disagree with your conclusion as a Pakistani. I think Pakistan needs a revision to its entire security policy and needs to cut its army spending. On stake here is Pakistan's democracy and our fundamental rights which are much more important. Before we become an "international community member" we need to be more than a banana republic which Pakistan is right now where any general can take us on his personal ride. This needs to stop. Pakistan needs to become a proper democracy where rights are protected such as freedom of speech. We need to get out of this international rubbish and focus on protecting our people. The army staged another coup killing tens of innocent Pakistanis exactly as they do in Balochistan. Arrests, grabbing people's women, absolute lawlessness. I think there needs to be a serious accountability of Pakistan army and their business interests be investigated. Imran Khan is currently not interested in doing that which is the major cause of concern here as a Pakistani. So in my view this clash of Titans is the middle class of pakistan vs the elite that has grabbed power for years in Pakistan in uniforms.

Great analysis. But the primary issue between Muneer and IK is Pakistan's elite capture, Business mafia which is against the revolutionary thinker IK. As always military is part of that status quo. Mere presence of IK is a serious threat to the Business empires which consider themselves above law. Unlike Bhuttos, zardaris or Shareefs, IK has nothing to fear from and nothing to loose except his own life. Imran's character as a public figure is bullet proof and immune to any defamation campaigns against him. Because he has been really open about his personal life since he was a young star

Sorry to say sir your analysis is not correct. 1) IK was not helped by army to come to power in 2018. On the contrary army reduced PTI seats drastically so that IK has very thin majority and can be controlled. 2) Army chiefs from the very beginning are looting Pakistan resources with the help of corrupt politicians. CPEC project was not out of love for country but to extract heavy commissions from the contracts with Chinese companies. 3) Pakistan has always been a stooge of America and betrayed China. 4) Present struggle in Pakistan is struggle under the leadership of IK to empower masses by freeing masses from the iron grip of army and limiting army to defence duties only. 5) If somebody wants to know the correct picture he may view you tube channel of Haider Mehdi and major Adil Raja. I am watching Pakistan's political situation since last half decade.

It happens in All Successful countries. Second...Economic Reforms and Closing all Army business...one by one. Dont do it at once...but one by one in 5-8 years time. Army has NO reason to do business. So it Must Stop. 3. Investing in Pakistan's Education system...give students BOTH Modern Education and Deeni Talim. Yes I m saying from my experience...it WILL HELP BUILDING A BETTER SOCIETY IN PAKISTAN....with one added BENEFIT...Crime against Women will be Lower if Islamic Principles are understood by Students Properly...by students of both Genders. 4. Also Control country's Internal Law n Order situation...Everyone should be Pakistani first...then Punjabi, Sindhi, Baloch, etc later. There must be strong Brotherhood among Pakistanis. 5. Once your Economy Starts growing...u can Invest in other areas of Economy and make people's lives Better. Also reduce your Debt to very very Low. And Once Pakistan becomes Strong Economically...it can HELP KASHMIRIS in a better way

You have a brilliant mind, sir. Perhaps you give too much credit to certain quarters. For 75 years, the Indian-Pakistan problems have not been solved, I believe, because there are too many small men in big offices in both countries. That continues to be the case. And that is what is preventing the resolution of the Pakistan crisis. The military chief may have the Army behind him. But Pakistan continues to be led largely by people without any vision. There's no reason for this country of 240 million vibrant and enterprising people to be hovering at or near the poorest percentile in the world economically. Pakistan's fundamental problem has been, at the highest levels, a lack of imagination about what Pakistan can be. Nehru broke the back of an oppressive and exploitive feudal system soon after independence in India. Pakistan did not. It still thrives in Pakistan. It has extended its tentacles into all the other institutions of the State. Pakistani feudalism, thriving on entitlement rather than education and industry, ensures that the very few skim off the most at the very top. It is this sense of entitlement that repeatedly becomes an obstacle in the normal flow of all of national processes. Pakistani people have come of age. They have displayed a mature and remarkable understanding of issues facing Pakistan. Pakistani institutions have not come of age. Pakistani elite, civil and military alike, still act as if they themselves are the British they kicked out 75 years ago.

Everyone knows the problems of Pakistan...Here are some suggestion for Pakistan- FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT- Civilian Govt, Army and different Agencies ko saath main milke kaam karna padega. It happens in All Successful countries. Second...Economic Reforms and Closing all Army business...one by one. Dont do it at once...but one by one in 5-8 years time. Army has NO reason to do business. So it Must Stop. 3. Investing in Pakistan's Education system...give students BOTH Modern Education and Deeni Talim. Yes I m saying from my experience...it WILL HELP BUILDING A BETTER SOCIETY IN PAKISTAN....with one added BENEFIT...Crime against Women will be Lower if Islamic Principles are understood by Students Properly...by students of both Genders. 4. Also Control country's Internal Law n Order situation...Everyone should be Pakistani first...then Punjabi, Sindhi, Baloch, etc later. There must be strong Brotherhood among Pakistanis. 5. Once your Economy Starts growing...u can Invest in other areas of Economy and make people's lives Better. Also reduce your country's Debt to very very Low level. And Once Pakistan becomes Strong Economically...it can HELP KASHMIRIS in a better way

Because Pakistan, covered with hostile neighbour, have effectively govern security of state. It has done through support of local tribal and with that expertise it ihas successfully ensure the security of Pakistan. But, we have remember that this approach is inheritly used and developed by British army when they try to established their Raj on local Indians so this strategy has pushed security of state to next level.

Imran was famous in Pakistan as a celebrity. You can't say that people gave him votes. Even after using all the powers Imran couldn't get majority. Then other parties were pushed to vote Imran. When establishment was not behind Imran then he even couldn't win his own seat from his own district Mianwali. Parvez musharraf helped him to get into national assembly. Till the date people don't give votes to celebrities. Same like that Shah Rukh Khan or Amitabh Bachin can't establish a popular party no matter how popular are they. Right now the anti establishment youth is attracted to Imran. That doesn't mean that they like Imran as a politician. Now they like him as an anti establishment figure. But on other hand Imran never been a politician. He always wanted establishment to use him and do whatever they want to. Thats another topic that Imran is so childish and non serious that he takes the state matters very light. What does he like, everyone knows in Pakistan and India.
